Advanced Landscape and Hydroseeding was established in 1992 and has worked in Temecula since late 1990, as a landscape maintenance company. Originally named Advanced Landscape Maintenance, we served commercial maintenance accounts for about a decade, catering to clients such as Walmarts, Costco, and various apartment complexes and shopping centers.
As the late 90s approached, our focus shifted towards landscape construction rather than maintenance. With this evolution, it became evident that a name change was necessary. Thus, Advanced Landscape Maintenance was rebranded to Advanced Landscape and Hydroseeding. In the late 90s, we acquired our first Hydroseeding machine, marking a significant turning point for our business. Since then, our services have centered around landscape construction, landscape lighting, and Hydroseeding, Hydromulching discontinuing landscape maintenance altogether. We have seen many fledging hydroseed businesses come and go.
Today, Advanced Landscape and Hydroseeding proudly serve many school districts and a variety of commercial businesses and residential hydro seed projects in and around Temecula, CA, and surrounding areas. Kerry Gephart, the owner and founder of Advanced Landscape and Hydroseeding, brings over three decades of experience as a licensed landscape contractor (C-27). For many years, our company has been delivering landscape solutions tailored to the needs of school districts in Riverside, CA, and Temecula.
Beyond his role at Advanced Landscape and Hydroseeding, Kerry is also a certified CTE landscape construction teacher in California. He has dedicated four years to teaching landscape construction at a local continuation high school, imparting his expertise to the next generation.
In addition to his professional commitments, Kerry has been an active member of BNI for over 9 years, where he diligently supports local small businesses.
