Advanced Landscape and Hydroseeding was established in 1992 in San Bernardino, CA as a landscape maintenance company. Originally named Advanced Landscape Maintenance, we served commercial maintenance accounts for about a decade, catering to clients such as Walmarts, Costco, Price Club, and various apartment complexes and shopping centers in San Bernardino.
As the late 90s approached, our focus shifted towards landscape construction rather than maintenance. With this evolution, it became evident that a name change was necessary. Thus, Advanced Landscape Maintenance was rebranded to Advanced Landscape and Hydroseeding. In the late 90s, we acquired our first Hydroseeding machine, marking a significant turning point for our business. Since then, our services have centered around landscape construction, landscape lighting, and Hydroseeding, discontinuing landscape maintenance altogether.
Today, Advanced Landscape and Hydroseeding proudly serves school districts and a variety of commercial businesses in San Bernardino, CA, and surrounding areas, specializing in landscape construction projects.

Kerry Gephart, the owner and founder of Advanced Landscape and Hydroseeding, brings over three decades of experience as a licensed landscape contractor (C-27).
