Established in 1992 near Rancho Cucamonga, CA, Advanced Landscape and Hydroseeding initially operated under the name Advanced Landscape Maintenance, specializing in commercial maintenance services for esteemed clients such as Walmarts, Costco, Price Club, and several apartment complexes and shopping centers. However, as the late 90s approached, our focus transitioned towards landscape construction, prompting a necessary rebranding to Advanced Landscape and Hydroseeding. With the acquisition of our first Hydroseeding machine during this period, our business trajectory took a significant turn. Since then, our core services have revolved around landscape construction, irrigation, landscape lighting, and Hydroseeding, leading us to discontinue landscape maintenance altogether. Presently, we proudly serve numerous school districts, commercial entities, and residential clients in Rancho Cucamonga, CA, and neighboring regions, specializing in landscape construction projects. We offer Residential, Commercial, and Public Works Hydroseeding and irrigation services, tailored to meet the diverse needs of our community.
Our owner
Kerry Gephart, the proprietor and visionary behind Advanced Landscape and Hydroseeding, boasts over three decades of expertise as a licensed landscape contractor (C-27). Throughout the years, our firm has been steadfast in providing tailored landscape solutions, specifically catering to the unique requirements of school districts in Rancho Cucamonga and surrounding areas.
Apart from spearheading Advanced Landscape and Hydroseeding, Kerry holds the esteemed title of a certified CTE landscape construction instructor in California. Devoting four years to teaching landscape construction at a nearby continuation high school, he passionately imparts his wealth of knowledge to the upcoming generation of professionals.
In addition to his professional pursuits, Kerry actively participates in BNI for more than nine years, lending unwavering support to local small enterprises. Moreover, his deep-rooted involvement in the local church community underscores his dedication to both professional excellence and community service.
